This interactive map reflects the information shared in the Draft EIS, plus the latest recommendations for the areas around Long Bridge and Ashland. All design modifications that occurred after the Draft EIS will be noted in the Final EIS. The proposed recommendations will be confirmed once the Final EIS and Record of Decision are complete and approved by FRA. Alternatives in both the Draft and Final EIS are based on conceptual engineering (approximately a 10 percent level of design). This level of design is considered preliminary and will be further refined during future design phases of the Project, once funding is secured.
